1997-05-12: The aircraft departed runway 33 at Toronto (Buttonville) for Detroit City, Michigan when, at about 1,000 feet, the crew reported that a bird had been ingested into the centre engine. The engine was shut down and the aircraft returned to Toronto (Buttonville). The weather was VFR. Ops. impact -- none.
