1997-04-24: The aircraft taxiied to runway 08 and departed without radio contact with the tower. The aircraft was last observed heading south at low altitude. Visual contact was lost at appoximately 12 miles south over Lake Ontario. Toronto ACC had no radar returns of this aircraft. Ops. Impact -- unnknown.
