Summary

1997-03-03: Shortly after departure from Toronto, the pilot reported left engine failure. The aircraft returned and landed on runway 24L without incident at 0155Z. Ops. Impact -- none.
2006-10-23: UPDATE Supplemental information from T.S.B. Initial Notification (#A97O0044): Shortly after departure from Toronto (LBPIA) (CYYZ), the flight crew of the Skyservice Aviation Inc. Learjet 35A aircraft (C-GRFO) observed a loss of N2 indication. The aircraft returned to Toronto (LBPIA) without further incident. Maintenance staff found that the cannon plug had come off of the N2 sensor and replaced it. The aircraft was returned to service.
