Summary

1997-01-28: The aircraft was level at FL310. The crew requested and were cleared to FL350. During the climb, as the aircraft was passing through FL319, the crew received a TCAS RA with a descend instruction. As the aircraft descended to FL315, the target aircraft passed 1/2 mile to the left at FL330. ATC was informed of the loss of separation. Ops. Impact -- unknown. From a TSB Initial Notification.
