Summary

1997-01-29: The student pilot was practicing soft-field landings. The aircraft landed hard and porpoised. The pilot lost control and the aircraft exited the left side of the runway and hit a snowbank. The engine, propeller engine cowling, right wing tip, nose wheel and strut were damaged. Ops.
