Incident at Winnipeg, MB

Summary

1997-12-31: ACA 262 landed on Runway 36 at Winnipeg after a flight from Edmonton, and the crew reported nosewheel steering problems. The a/c remained on the runway while the crew worked on the problem, and shortly afterward they were able to taxi to the terminal without further difficulty. One other a/c, ACA 194, an A320 departing for Toronto, was delayed for about 5 minutes as a result of the incident. OPI - System Safety
