Summary

1997-12-22: PIRT 34 departed CFB Winnipeg for CFB Trenton with 2 people on board, and shortly after departure, the pilot advised ATC that he was experiencing problems with elevator control. He decided to return to Winnipeg, and declared an emergency. The a/c landed on Runway 18 at 1656Z without further incident
