Summary

1997-12-17: The pilot of C-GPAZ was doing circuits at the Regina airport on Runway 13 and on one of his landings, the homebuilt a/c suffered a flat tire. The pilot required assistance to move the a/c off the runway, and during this time, two other a/c, CDR 2004 and ACA 237, were diverted to Runway 26 for landing. OPI - System Safety
