Incident at Iqaluit, NT

Summary

1997-12-11: KBA 200 departed from Iqaluit for Igloolik, and when the a/c was about 70 miles north of Iqaluit, the crew advised that they were making a rapid descent, and returning to Iqaluit because of a cracked windshield. The a/c landed safely at Iqaluit at 1854Z. The crew did not declare an emergency and did not require any assistance. OPI - System Safety
