Summary

1997-12-10: ACA 294 was on approach to Runway 13 at Regina when the crew advised Tower that they were going to overshoot because of a "small problem." They requested vectors and altitude and subsequently indicated that they were going to divert to Winnipeg. The nature of the problem is not known at this time. More details will follow.
