Incident at Regina, SK

Summary

1997-11-14: CDR 2001 departed Regina for Winnipeg with 53 people on board, and was climbing to FL 230. About 25 miles east of Regina, as the a/c was climbing through 13,000 feet, the crew reported that the First Officer's windshield had cracked. The crew requested a clearance to return to Regina, where they landed safely at 2331Z with ERS on standby.
