1997-10-08: CDR 1331 departed Saskatoon for Winnipeg, and during the climb to FL 290 as the a/c passed through FL 284, the crew reported a pressurization problem. The Captain elected to return to Saskatoon and the a/c landed there without further incident at 1826Z. CFR was not called out.
