Summary

1997-09-17: While enroute from Winnipeg to Vancouver, one of the flight attendants on CDN 693 wrenched her back when she bent down to pull up a serving tray. She had to be relieved of her duties for the remainder of the flight. There were 2 other flight attendants and 102 passengers on board the a/c.
