Incident at 70 W of Winnipeg, MB

Summary

1997-09-04: C-FPQQ departed Winnipeg on an IFR charter flight to Regina and was about 70 miles to the west when the pilot advised ATC that a crew member had developed an irregular heart beat. He requested clearance back to YWG, but did not require ERS. The a/c landed without further incident at 1246Z. The crew member in question was one of the two pilots, approximately 50 years old, who subsequently went to a hospital for medical attention. It was reported that he was examined and released, with no immediate treatment necessary.
