Incident at Winnipeg, MB


1997-09-03: KFA 100 was parked at Gate 12 and getting ready for departure to Vancouver. An elderly female passenger had gone to a lavatory prior to pushback, and her travelling companion told the cabin crew that she had been gone from her seat an unusually long time. The crew broke down the door when there was no response to their knock, and found that the woman had collapsed. ERS and Winnipeg ambulance were called to the a/c, but the woman had died on board.
