Incident at Lac Brochet, MB


1997-08-19: The pilot of C-GGRB was maneuvering on the ramp at Lac Brochet after a freight flight from Thompson. He reported that his vision was obscured by the sun when the right wing of the a/c struck a fence post. The pilot was not injured and the wing sustained a dent of about 2 inches by 5 inches wide, about 1 foot inboard from the tip. The pilot assessed the damage and flew the a/c back to Thompson for repairs.
