Incident at Winnipeg, MB


1997-07-11: PAG 635 departed Winnipeg for God's Lake with 2 crew and 12 passengers on board. About 6 miles north of YWG, the pilot reported an engine problem and he would be returning to the airport. ERS was on standby as the a/c landed safely on Runway 18. Later, the pilot informed maintenance that the engine was surging, however a ground test could not detect the problem and the surging did not recur. No other a/c were inconvenienced by this incident.
