Incident at Calgary, AB


1997-07-09: C-GZBT landed at YYC without clearance and communication was established only after the a/c was on the ground. The pilot said he was told to remain on 119.4 (VTA) and was never told to contact Tower. The pilot was given light gun signals from Tower, but he did not see them and landed anyway. Some departing a/c experienced delays as a reult of the incident.
