Incident at 15 SE of Winnipeg, MB


1997-06-23: C-FLVZ was on a local VFR flight when the a/c began to encounter engine problems and had to make a landing in a field near Grande Pointe, MB. There was no damage to the a/c and no injury to the pilot. The a/c's ELT did not activate and ATC is not investigating further. The field in which the a/c landed is just north of the intersection of Highway 59 and Lavallee Road.
