Accident at Three Hills, AB

Summary

1997-08-28: While conducting circuits on Runway 29, the pilot noticed that the crosswind component had increased. During a landing roll, the a/c veered to the right, left the runway and went through a barbed-wire fence before coming to rest nose-down. The a/c was substantially damaged, however the pilot, who was the lone occupant, was not injured.
