Incident at Whitehorse, YT


1997-06-13: On departure from Runway 13R, the Tower observed a large amount of smoke coming from the left side of the a/c. The a/c was advised and the a/c reported that it had a hydraulic fluid leak and that there were no control problems. The a/c returned to the airport and landed safely at 1939Z with ERS on standby. UPDATE The a/c's hydraulic line was replaced.
