Incident at Okotoks, AB

Summary

1997-05-20: C-FBBN was conducting aerial photography and reported smoke in the cockpit. The pilot carried out a precautionary landing on Highway 2A near Okotoks, with no injuries. The problem was an oil leak and the intention is to take off from the highway when the problem is repaired and return to Calgary. The a/c was receiving ATS service from VTA in Calgary.
