Accident at Yellowknife, NWT

Summary

1997-05-07: C-FHFY was landing on Runway 33 (wind 360 / 10) and groundlooped on the roll-out, damaging the wing and tailwheel. There were no injuries. A Canadian Forces CP-140 Aurora a/c on an IFR approach behind C-FHFY had to break off his approach and land on Runway 09, after complaining to the tower. No other a/c were delayed. UPDATE The damage on the a/c was to the tailwheel, the left wingtip and the left elevator.
