Summary

1997-03-19: The driver of Staff 42 was cleared across Runway 10 at Calgary at Alpha Taxiway. The vehicle was then observed crossing Runway 25 at Alpha as the pilot of C-GCCP, a Cessna 172, was commencing his takeoff roll on Runway 25 from 200 feet east of Charlie Taxiway. The vehicle was across Runway 25 before any conflict occurred.
