Summary

1997-07-22: Transponder equipped, radar observed, target seen to enter zone. Traffic was passed to a PA44 Seminole operating in the zone and in the vicinity of target. Pilot of PA44 confirmed visually the type, identification and altitude (approximately 2500 feet). Contact was never established with GYRI.
