Summary

1997-04-29: AEL732 was at FL370 and COA41 was at FL360 and they were on crossing tracks in domestic airspace and were both radar identified. The targets crossed with 1000 feet vertical separation and less than the 5nm lateral separation. AEL732 was not RVSM certified.
