Summary

1997-02-19: Tower reported loss of all airport lighting at 2145Z. Electrician called out to investigate. Lighting returned at 2300Z. Strengths are set and not changeable by the tower. Tower had control of the ramp, taxiway and beacon lights only. One VFR aircraft delayed 20 minutes and one IFR aircraft delayed 12 minutes. No other delays. Lights were left on until daylight.
