Incident at 70nm SE of Halifax

Summary

1997-02-04: Z76K a CP140 departed from Greenwood, N.S. and declared a "PAN" call due to a burning smell in the cockpit. The crew requested to return to Greenwood and dumped fuel from 1255z to 1310z. The crew later advised that the problem was secure at 1315z and that they would continue to work locally in the TCA. The aircraft landed safely at 1357z. TSB no involvement.
