Incident at 25nm east of Greenwood

Summary

1997-01-09: A Canadian Forces Aurora flight planned for FL210, was cleared to maintain 13,000 feet after departure from Greenwood. Conflicting traffic was a Dash 8, an Air Nova flight registration C-GOND levet at 14,000 feet. The Moncton controller passed traffic to each aircraft when they were about eleven miles apart and visual contact was established. The Aurora continued climbing through 13,000 feet and passed through 14,000 feet about 3 miles from the dash 8. The required separation was 1000 feet or 5 miles
