Incident at Vancouver

Summary

1996-11-19: Pilot reported problems with the gear after take off from Vancouver at 0418Z. Aircraft circled Boundary Bay trying to correct the problem. The aircraft did a fly-by the Boundary Bay tower who advised the pilot the gear appeared to be down. Aircraft then landed Vancouver at 0518Z without incident. ERS standing by.
