Accident at Victoria, B.C.
Summary
1996-09-23: C-GQPH reported an unsafe gear indication while on approach to Victoria Airport. Gear was partially extended and the aircraft crash landed Runway 09, coming to a stop in the vicinity of the intersection of Runway 09/13. Extensive damage to aircraft. No reported injury to pilot. Airport closed from 0236Z until 0410Z while the aircraft was removed.
