Incident at Bellingham VOR (ATM - other)

Summary

1996-09-13: AAL150 B757 was inbound from Dallas to Vancouver, and was in the vicinity of the Bellingham VOR at 8,500 ft. ASL. At the same time, a VFR Varieze aircraft was westbound from Langley to Victoria, also at 8,500 ft. The pilot of the Varieze made a 360 degree turn for spacing. Radar indicated 1.7 miles lateral spacing between the aircraft at the same altitude.
