Summary
1996-09-10: An aircraft was observed descending at the entrance to Victoira Harbour while Helijet 712 a SK76 was departing. Helijet was advised of the aircraft. The unidentified aircraft continued southbound at 500 to 1000 ft ASL. No response to calls from FSS and no information on identification from tower or terminal.
