Accident at Sandspit
Summary
1996-09-03: At 1510Z C-GUJI departed Sandspit Runway 12. At approximately 1515Z C-GUJI reported engine failure. Aircraft landed in the water 1 1/2 miles south of Runway 30. Coast Guard responded and C-GUJI reported in tow at 1615Z. The DH2 was reported at Sandspit pier at 1808Z. No reported injuries - no damage to aircraft.
