Incident at Victoria
Summary
1997-01-30: CDR1356 was departing Runway 09 at Victoria when C-GXPZ a Cessna 404, which had been instructed to hold short of runway 09-27, taxied onto Runway 27 for departure. The Control Tower instructed the Cessna to stop and turn off the Runway. The departure of CDR1356 was completed uneventfully.
