Summary
1997-01-30: WCA104 (DHC6) was taxiing for a westboud take-off in Victoria Harbour. He was given a departure advisory including GOKB (DHC6) inbound for an eastbound arrival . GOKB reported on final and was updated with WCA104. WCA104 was updated with GOKB on final. Both had to take minor evasive action in the air.
