1996-07-22: The pilot received and acknowledged landing clearance runway 12 and hold short of runway 26L. CND556 (B737) was in position runway 26L when FSTB was observed on left base runway 12 below 200' and south of threshold 12. CDN556 held on runway 26L while FSTB landed.
