Summary
1996-07-17: With several other aircraft on the tower frequency, GXPZ entered the control zone in the vicinity of Lions Gate Bridge and proceeded southbound at 1500 ASL prior to establishing 2 way communication with the tower. No conflict with other aircraft in the zone.
