Summary
1996-06-14: At 2102Z, the pilot received an advisory and an IFR clearance for a flight, Campbell River to Bellingham. While the aircraft was taxiing to runway 11, FSS observed the prop strike a taxiway light and advised the pilot. The pilot confirmed a prop strike and advised no apparent damage and departed for Bellingham.
