Accident at Campbell River

Summary

1996-04-28: The aircraft was departing from a river 70 north of Campbell River with six recreational fishers aboard. During takeoff, the right float struck a rock. The pilot closed the throttle but the aircraft had already yawed into the shore and beached itself. There were no injuries or other damage to the aircraft.
