Incident at Boundary Bay
Summary
1996-05-11: The C172 reported over Trestle inbound. Due to traffic in the area, he was held, then cleared down wind left runway 07. There were 4 aircraft in sequence cleared for takeoff runway 07, all straight out - all given a partial right turn to avoid the Trestle area. The C172 reported and was instructed for runway 07. He then made a direct approach runway 25, directly at C-FAGR, a C185 departing. The C172 was pulled up and instructed to proceed down wind runway 07. Boundary Bay Tower reported that this is the 3rd incident on May 11/96 with the same pilot.
