Incident at Nanaimo (Incursion - runway - pedestrian)
Summary
1996-05-01: At 2010Z a pedestrian was observed walking southbound along taxi "A". He was advised by FSS and by 2 separate members of airports staff that he should not be there. On his return walk up taxi "A", he again ignored the request of Transport staff to leave taxi A, after a 10 minute explanation of operating rules for this area. He identified himself as a pilot of GXPZ.
