Summary
1996-04-09: At 1645Z NITE24 was on the ground at Sandspit, reported ready to go in 5 minutes. FSS provided departure advisory including C-GLCN on IFR approach R30. At 1649Z, NITE24 reported clear of the control zone. At 1649Z GLCN reported down. NITE24 did not report taxiing, entering the runway or rolling. He did not receive ATC clearance or special VFR authorization.
