Incident at VANCOUVER
Summary
1997-01-31: The Dash 8 departed Vancouver enroute to Penticton; 30 NM east of Vancouver pilot reported smoke in cockpit. Aircraft subsequently reported all conditions normal, but returned to airport as a precautionary. CDR 1292 landed safely at Vancouver at 0350Z. ERS was on stand by.
