Summary
1996-02-13: QXE 444 was IFR south bound from Victoria to Port Angeles. QXE 444 received a TCAS alert abeam Esquimalt harbor.No evasive action was taken. The only target observed on radar was a ship in the Esquimalt harbor on code 5200. QXE 444 had received a TCAS alert north bound but did not mention it.
