Summary
1996-12-04: Approximately 15 minutes after departure, the pilot reported engine problems to Cleveland Center and returned to Toronto. The pilot shut down one engine. At 0612Z, the pilot reported breaking off the approach as they could not lower the landing gear. The gear was lowered manually. The aircraft landed without further incident with ERS standing by at 0632Z. Ops. Impact - nil.
