Summary
1996-12-02: Shortly after departure, when climbing out of 13000', the aircraft received an "open cargo door" warning. The aircraft was descended to depressurize, dumped fuel in the CYYZ ACC fuel dump area, and returned to Toronto. KLM692 landed on runway 24R at 0142Z with ERS standing by. Ops. Impact -- minimal.
