Summary

1996-11-04: After departure (0037Z) from Thunder Bay for Toronto (LBPIA), the crew had trouble retracting the aircraft's landing gear. The aircraft returned to Thunder Bay with a three green indication on the landing gear. The aircraft landed safely at 0050Z with ERS on standby. S.A.O. -- unknown. Ops. impact -- unknown.
