Incident at Borden, Ontario

Summary

1996-10-24: Airtow and winch operations were in progress on opposite sides of runway 23. During a winch launch, the pilot allowed the glider to stray overhead the launch position. Pilot released early and winch cable fell to the ground, striking a cadet on the shoulder. No reported injury to the cadet. Ops. Impact -- unknown.
