Summary
1996-10-22: The flight departed Toronto (LBPIA) for London (Heathrow), England when the crew requested a return to Toronto (from a position about 80 nm south of Ottawa). The aircraft had lost a couple of its generators and could not continue overseas. Fuel was dumped and the aircraft landed safely on Toronto (LBPIA)'s runway 24R at 0211Z. Ops. impact -- none.
